Weekly planner layout for engineering students

Hourly study schedule layout

You don't have a discipline problem. You have a layout problem.

Most planners are designed to be photographed, not filled in. So by Thursday of week two the pages are half-empty, you feel behind on the planner as well as the work, and you go back to sticky notes and a phone full of half-finished lists.

01

The day disappears in pieces

Lectures, calls, site visits, a lab, three "quick" tasks. Nothing is written against a time, so nothing gets protected.

02

The follow-up that never happened

A deadline, a client waiting on a callback, a topic you still don't understand. It lives in your head until it costs you something.

03

Decoration where the work should be

Half the page is habit dots and water glasses. The half you needed — what's due, what's next, what's stuck — isn't there.

Inside the planner

Every page is one question: what is actually happening today?

Four ready-to-print layouts, each built around the way a specific kind of day runs. Buy the one that matches your week at ₹{{ price }}, or take all four for ₹{{ bundlePrice }}.

Hour-by-hour grid

Write work against a time and it stops competing with everything else for the same afternoon.

Five priorities. Not twenty.

A capped list forces the trade-off at 8 AM instead of at 11 PM, when it's already been made for you.

Status, not checkboxes

Not started / in progress / submitted. You can see what's genuinely stuck without re-reading the whole page.

A next action on every row

Follow-ups, site visits and deals each carry a next step and a date, so nothing ends as an open loop.

A place for "I don't get this yet"

Active recall and difficult-concept lines turn vague unease into a specific list for tomorrow morning.

Weekly review in five minutes

Seven prompts that tell you what to change next week — the only reason a planner keeps working past week two.

This is for you if…

  • Your day is a mix of fixed slots and moving work — classes, shifts, calls, site visits.
  • You've bought a planner before and quit it because most of the page didn't apply to you.
  • You think better on paper but want the option of filling it in on a tablet.
  • You want structure, not a hobby.

This is not for you if…

  • You want stickers, mood trackers, affirmations or colouring pages.
  • You want an app with reminders and sync — these are PDFs you print or annotate.
  • You need a dated, year-specific diary — these pages are undated on purpose.
  • You're looking for a course on productivity theory rather than pages to fill in.

Questions before you buy

What format is it, exactly?+

Each planner is a separate print-ready PDF — a single A4 page. On US Letter paper, print with "fit to page". No app, no login, no subscription.

Can I use it on my iPad or tablet?+

Yes. Import it into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, OneNote or Samsung Notes and write on it with a stylus. The same file works on phone, laptop and desktop.

How should I print it?+

The sheets are A4. On A4 paper print at 100% scale; on US Letter choose "fit to page" so nothing is cropped. Colour looks best, but every layout stays perfectly readable in black and white.

How many times can I print a page?+

As many as you want, for your own use. The pages are undated, so one purchase covers this year and every year after it.

How do I get access after paying?+

You're redirected to a download page the moment payment succeeds — carrying the planner you bought, or all four if you took the bundle — and the same link is emailed to you. If it doesn't arrive, check spam and then write to us.

Is it dated for a specific year?+

No. Every sheet is undated so you can start on a Wednesday in March and lose nothing.

Tomorrow starts either way. Give it a page.
